Urgent help to find a shelter and basic needs
Dear Friends and Compassionate Hearts, In these difficult times, I reach out to you with a heavy heart and desperate hope. My name is Mohammed Nachach, a father of five beautiful children and a husband, living amidst the devastating conflict in Gaza. Our family's world has been shattered by the ongoing war. We have lost our home—the safe haven where my children once played and slept peacefully. I have also lost my job and all sources of income that allowed me to provide for my family's basic needs. Today, my children face a harsh reality no child should ever experience. They need urgent shelter from the elements, nutritious food to sustain their growing bodies, and emotional support to heal their traumatized spirits. As their father, watching their suffering while being unable to provide for them is the most painful experience of my life. I am humbly appealing to your generosity and compassion. Any financial assistance you can offer would help us secure temporary shelter and meet our immediate needs during this crisis. Your support would not only provide physical necessities but also restore a glimmer of hope in my children's eyes—hope that humanity still cares, that they are not forgotten. From the depths of my heart, I thank you for taking the time to read our story. Your kindness, whether through financial support, sharing our situation with others, or simply keeping us in your thoughts, means everything to our family during this unimaginable hardship. Fired, in debt, but fighting for a better future

Emergency

Fired, in debt, but fighting for a better future
My name is Sam, and I never imagined I’d be here, asking for help just to stay afloat. Not long ago, I had a job, stability, and plans for the future. But life changed in an instant. I was let go from my job, and everything unraveled. I'm in debt — $45,000 worth — and it feels like I’m drowning while trying to keep my dignity intact. Some nights I lie awake thinking, how did I get here? And more importantly, how do I get out? But I haven’t given up. I’m fighting back — not by asking for a handout, but by asking for a lifeline to start over. My dream is to launch a business offering online English courses, designed to make language learning accessible and empowering for people around the world. I’ve spent years teaching. It’s not just what I do — it’s who I am. I’m raising $55,000 to do two things: Pay off the debt that’s crushing me. Build a new future through my course platform — creating materials, setting up a website, reaching students, and launching a program I believe in with all my heart. This is more than a fundraiser. It’s my last real shot to take back control of my life and turn tragedy into transformation. If you’ve ever faced a moment where everything seemed lost, I hope you’ll understand what this means to me. I don’t want to be rescued — I want to rebuild. And I can’t do it alone. Please donate if you can. Share if you believe in giving people a second chance. And know that whatever support you offer will never be forgotten. With all my gratitude, Sam

A Lawyer Who Lost Everything but His Humanity

Emergency

A Lawyer Who Lost Everything but His Humanity
Mahmoud’s Story: A Lawyer Who Lost Everything but His Humanity My name is Mahmoud Afana. I am a Palestinian lawyer from Rafah in the Gaza Strip. For more than ten years, I have dedicated my life to defending rights, empowering the vulnerable, and advocating for justice in courts and communities. I have worked on humanitarian and legal projects with both local and international organizations, and I have been part of efforts to protect marginalized groups such as women, children, and displaced persons. But in the recent war, I lost everything. My home was completely destroyed by airstrikes. My law office—the only source of income I had—was reduced to rubble. All means of work and livelihood came to a halt. I was forced to flee to the Al-Mawasi area in Khan Younis, where there is no shelter, no electricity, no clean water, and none of the basic necessities of life. I now live without a home, without an income, and without the resources to support myself and my family or start again. Despite it all, I have not stopped contributing in any way I can. I’ve participated in legal support projects for displaced people, conducted free legal awareness workshops, and continued to raise the voices of those who have none amid the destruction. But today, I need someone to stand with me—just as I have stood with others for years. I am asking for your support to help me rebuild my life. Your support today is not just for me, but an investment in someone who has always helped others and wants to continue doing so—despite having lost everything. Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a difference.

Help Abdullah Feed His Children in Crisis

Emergency

Help Abdullah Feed His Children in Crisis
My name is Abdullah Murad, a father of three children. Every day I wake up to the sounds of bombing instead of sounds of hope. I carry my children in my arms, running with them from street to street, from rubble to rubble... searching for life amidst death. Our home is gone, and everything we own has turned to dust. We try to survive under a barrage of bombs, hunger, and fear. Every day I count my children before I go to sleep, and thank God that they are all by my side... I don't know if tomorrow will steal one of them from me. We are facing genocide here in Gaza. All I want is to save my family, to find them a safe place, clean food, clean water, and a small dose of hope. I ask you, from the heart of a broken father, to help me protect my children and give me a chance to save our lives.
