Haddak Men B3id / Assistance from a Distance was co-founded by 9 childhood friends in April 2020 and aims to lessen poverty and hunger among struggling families in Lebanon by mobilizing a community of socially responsible change makers wanting to end food insecurity, one food box at a time. So far Haddak Men B3id has helped more than 550 families across all regions in Lebanon with livelihood assistance. Our next project is to assist 25 families with: - Food parcels - Meat and Chicken Coupons - Milk for children - Hygiene products - Sanitary Pads Our team is made up of youthful changemakers, friends since childhood, and is expanding to include other youth in our voluntary work. Along with supporting our community, we believe in supporting the youth by building on their capacities to extend helping hands in an environment of friendship and support.

Hello, i am doing this fundraising for my lovely brother. Georges is a person who always lent a hand to any person in need without asking about their names or religion. Now Georges is in need of your help after a long series of unfortunate events that have hit him hard. May 2020, he was diagnosed with a rare type of cancer. He underwent an operation followed by six months of chemotherapy. August 4th 2020, he lost his newly opened restaurant located in Mar Mikhael, the project he had invested every penny he had with huge loans. February 2021, he was diagnosed with severe liver infection and he is currently undergoing a long treatment. Now Georges is struggling to pay his medical bills. He is struggling to pay his huge installments without any income. He is the sole breadwinner at home and he needs to pay the daily bills. Hello, i am doing this fundraising for my sick mother , 65 years old who has miraculously survived a heart stroke amidst one or her three weekly dialysis after undergoing a serious surgery . The surgery saved her life but has left her almost unable to move . Recently she falls on the floor and she broke her nose and her shoulder and she needs two urgent operation. We are also need to rent a new ground floor apartment / elevator building apartment for my mother since she is no longer able to take the stairs to our current 4th floor rented apartment. For my birthday this Christmas, join me in my Christmas mission and help me bring back joy into homes in Beirut. They say home is where the heart is, and our heart exploded with Beirut on August 4th, 2020. The homes that have housed us, our loved ones, and our memories are damaged and destroyed, making this a campaign close to our shattered hearts. My neighbor, Jimmy, miraculously survived Beirut Blast in Mar Mkhayel in his own house on August 4th, 2020 (the most affected area by the Beirut blast). His house is destroyed, and it's unlivable. With this fundraising, I would like to help him feel the Christmas spirit in his rented apartment. Christmas is the season of giving, warmth & hopeful times with our dear families and friends.
