Hope For Lebanon
In the name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate, With His help, we proceed... Since the beginning of the blatant aggression against our beloved country and the displacement of our people and loved ones from their villages and cities to areas they deem safe, starting from the last week of September, we have taken it upon ourselves—out of our humanitarian and moral responsibility—to gather whatever we could from generous donors and kind-hearted individuals to support and assist our people in Lebanon in various ways, with our modest resources. This effort has reached numerous areas, starting from Saida and its outskirts to Baabda, Kfarshima, Hayy al-Salam, Choueifat, Damour, Baawarta, Zqaq al-Blat, and also some cases in the north. The aid provided was both financial and material, depending on our capacity. Financial donations were directed toward individual cases of displaced persons residing with relatives, and their needs were primarily for children and the elderly, including diapers, milk, and medicines. We also supplied them with blankets and mattresses. Material assistance was distributed in crowded neighborhoods where each household often shelters more than 10 families. We distributed cooking supplies, canned goods, cleaning supplies of all kinds, bathing soap, and essentials to schools, where each accommodates between 500 to 1,400 people. In these cases, we focused on canned food, bread, water, blankets, mattresses, and cleaning supplies. We also provided medications to the areas of Zqaq al-Blat and Damour, with a focus on anti-inflammatory drugs, fever reducers, and medications for blood pressure, heart, and diabetes, like insulin. All of this work has been documented with receipts, photos, and videos, carefully respecting the dignity of our people without filming any of them, out of sensitivity to their situation. This documentation is intended to establish the credibility of our work and maintain donor trust, given the prevalence of fraudulent organizations exploiting the suffering of our people. Additionally, we distributed clothes to all these centers upon request from families who couldn’t take their basic belongings when leaving their homes. With winter approaching, we call upon our beloved supporters and generous hands to help us provide heaters and gas for our loved ones. We clarify that our work is individual and not affiliated with any organization. Our efforts stem solely from our ethics and sense of responsibility toward our displaced family members. We urge you to support us and stand by our loved ones in these challenging times, as the situation worsens daily with the expansion of aggression into areas once considered safe, forcing people to flee once again, increasing the number of those in need. Whoever does an atom’s weight of good will see it. And what greater reward than helping God's creation in these most challenging circumstances. From you, the giving; from us, the service; and from God, the best of rewards.

Monis’ Journey: From Hardships to Hope

Emergency

Monis’ Journey: From Hardships to Hope
Hello, my name is Monis, a 35-year-old living in the capital city of Amman, Jordan. Since childhood, I have faced significant challenges, having lost both my parents and becoming responsible for my family. Despite these hardships, I found purpose in working with humanitarian organizations, helping others in need. A few years ago, I decided to start my own business and took out a loan from the bank to make this dream a reality. However, like many others, the COVID-19 pandemic turned my life upside down. I lost my entire business and became unable to meet my financial obligations to the bank. My struggles were compounded when my sister was hospitalized, and I had to sell my belongings to cover her medical expenses. Today, I find myself in a difficult situation, with my financial problems worsening each day. Additionally, I have had to postpone my wedding multiple times due to financial challenges, and I fear losing my fiancée, whom I have been engaged to for three years. Despite everything, I have not lost hope. My ambition is to establish an organization to help those affected in my community, which suffers from high poverty rates. I need to raise $20,000 to pay off my debts and get back on my feet. I believe in the goodness of people and hope to find those who can lend a helping hand during these tough times. I can provide any photos or documents to verify my story, and you can contact me via email, phone, or Skype. Thank you very much for your support and assistance in helping me achieve this goal

Help Us Restore Safe Public Spaces in Oman!

Emergency

Help Us Restore Safe Public Spaces in Oman!
Help Us Restore Safe Public Spaces in Oman! Across Oman, our parks, playgrounds, and public spaces play a vital role in community life. They provide places for children to play, families to gather, and residents to connect. However, when these spaces become damaged or unsafe, they pose serious risks, especially for our children and elderly citizens. Our goal is to restore and repair unsafe public infrastructure in Oman, ensuring that these spaces are safe and welcoming for all. Working in close cooperation with local authorities, we are identifying areas in need of urgent repair—whether it’s a broken swing in a playground, unsafe sidewalks, or damaged public facilities. With your help, we can act quickly to restore these spaces and ensure they meet the highest safety standards. Why Your Support is Crucial Repairing public spaces requires resources—construction materials, permits, labor, and expertise. While authorities are supporting us in the approval process, the actual repairs depend on the generosity of people like you. Every riyal you donate will directly fund the materials and labor needed to make these repairs happen. Your support will help make Oman’s public spaces safe and enjoyable for everyone, including families, children, and the elderly. Your Contribution Will Help: • Fix broken playground equipment in our parks, ensuring children can play safely. • Repair cracked or uneven walkways, preventing accidents and injuries. • Restore benches, lighting, and other public facilities to enhance community spaces. • Collaborate with local municipalities to ensure the highest safety standards are met. Let’s Work Together for a Safer Oman Whether you can give OMR 2 or OMR 200, (5 $ - 500 $ ) your donation will make a lasting impact on the safety of our communities. By joining us in this effort, you’re helping to protect Oman’s future, ensuring that our public spaces remain safe and vibrant for generations to come.
