Established in 2019, our initiative is run by a small team of dedicated volunteers committed to rescuing and caring for abandoned pets and stray animals in Lebanon. We provide essential veterinary care, food, and shelter, and are actively involved in Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs to help manage the stray animal population humanely. To date, we have rescued and rehomed over 700 abandoned pets—many of whom we’ve helped transport to forever homes abroad ( around 60 adopted dogs abroad )—and facilitated the adoption of more than 400 dogs and cats locally. Additionally, we have trapped, neutered, vaccinated, and returned over 200 strays, many of whom we continue to feed regularly. We also care for neglected dogs and cats in our area, ensuring they receive food and necessary medical attention. Despite our efforts, we operate with extremely limited resources, often relying on out-of-pocket funding to cover veterinary bills and daily expenses. The ongoing economic and political turmoil in Lebanon—including the recent conflict—has only intensified the financial strain. To continue our vital work, we are seeking the support of a community that has very scarece resources. With your help, we can continue to be a lifeline for Lebanon’s most vulnerable animals.
