نحن التعاونية الزراعية الإنمائية، تعاونية مرخصة رسميًا من وزارة الزراعة اللبنانية، وتقع في بلدة جون – قضاء الشوف – جبل لبنان. تضم التعاونية 27 مزارعًا من أبناء المنطقة، وتعمل منذ تأسيسها على دعم الإنتاج الزراعي المحلي وتحسين جودة المنتجات التي نقدّمها.

ضمن خطتنا للتطوير، نسعى لتجهيز مركز متكامل لإنتاج زيت الزيتون وتقطير الأعشاب العطرية، ويشمل المشروع:
• معصرة زيتون حديثة تتضمن:
• مكبسين لاستخراج الزيت
• خزانين من الستانلس ستيل لحفظ الزيت
• شفاط ورق لتصفية الشوائب
• مغسل حقن لضمان أعلى درجات النظافة والتعقيم
• وحدة تقطير الأعشاب العطرية (كركات):
• ست كركات لاستخلاص الزيوت العطرية من النباتات الطبيعية
• خزانات ستانلس ستيل كبيرة:
• 12 خزانًا لحفظ الزيوت المستخرجة بطريقة آمنة وصحية

يهدف هذا المشروع إلى تعزيز الزراعة المستدامة، دعم صغار المزارعين، وتوفير فرص عمل جديدة في المنطقة. دعمكم هو شراكة حقيقية في نهضة ريفية منتجة ومستدامة.


We are the Developmental Agricultural Cooperative, officially licensed by the Lebanese Ministry of Agriculture, located in Joun – Chouf District – Mount Lebanon. Our cooperative includes 27 local farmers and has been committed since its founding to supporting local agricultural production and improving the quality of our products.

As part of our development plan, we aim to establish a fully equipped center for olive oil production and herbal distillation, which includes:
• A modern olive press setup:
• Two pressing machines
• Two stainless steel oil storage tanks
• A paper suction system for filtering impurities
• An injection washer to ensure high hygiene standards
• Aromatic herb distillation unit:
• Six traditional distillation units (“karkeh”) for extracting essential oils from local herbs
• Large stainless steel tanks:
• 12 tanks to safely and hygienically store the extracted oils
