A lot of elders’ persons with low income and multiple health conditions are living alone in their own home.

They want to continue living independently with dignity, having peaceful time and stress free.
Currently and during winter, elders are unable to bear the high cost of their essential needs especially the power cost to keep warm and stay in their own home.

A cold house may affect negatively their health conditions.
