My name is Kamal Diab, and I’m writing this with a heart full of fear but still holding onto hope. My mother, Samira Kamal Meouchi, has been diagnosed with small cell carcinoma in her left lung — *a very aggressive and fast-spreading form of cancer.*
According to the pathology report from LAU Medical Center, she urgently needs chemotherapy every 21 days, along with 30 laser and chemo sessions as part of her treatment plan. The minimum estimated cost is $5,000, which we simply cannot afford.
My father passed away, and I am the only man in the family. I work full-time at a car accessories shop and do everything I can to support my mom and loved ones — but financially, I’m at a breaking point. Watching her go through this pain and not being able to provide what she needs is one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced.
This is why I’m reaching out to you — for help, for hope, for any kind of support. Whether you can donate or just share this message, every 1$ counts, and brings us closer to giving her a chance to fight and heal.
Thank you for submitting your report. At fundahope we take your concerns very seriously. We will investigate in the content of your report and take the right action when our investigations are over.
