Hello friends, many of you know me, but to those who don’t know, my name is Yazeed, a Syrian Refugee in Jordan.

After years of trying, I finally have an opportunity to receive a scholarship to study in the EU. It’s a huge step, but I need support to make it real: for my visa, travel, books, and first months there.

I’ve been volunteering with NGOs, supporting refugees and vulnerable communities, because I wanted to educate myself more on the struggles these communities face as I seek a career as a humanitarian.

My dream? To use my degree to help rebuild Syria and advocate for people who are struggling in Gaza, Sudan, and beyond.
