My name is Sasha, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit. Over the past year, my life has taken an unexpected and difficult turn, and I am in urgent need of your help.

In 2023, I was living in the UAE with my husband and had to take a personal loan to support my family back home in Lebanon, as they were already struggling financially. In August 2024, we relocated to Saudi Arabia after my husband found a job opportunity there. Unfortunately, just a month later, war broke out in Lebanon, and my family and sister lost their jobs. I became the sole provider for them, including covering my sister’s university education.

Then in November 2024, my husband was unexpectedly terminated from his job. He remained unemployed until March 2025, and during that period, I was the only financial support for both my family in Lebanon and for our household in Saudi Arabia. Despite all efforts, he couldn’t find work, and had no choice but to return to the UAE to seek new opportunities, while I had to remain in Saudi to fulfill my work contract.

The constant stress began to take a toll on my health. I was diagnosed with venous stenosis in my brain and needed immediate medical intervention. Unfortunately, my health insurance in Saudi Arabia did not approve the required treatments. I had to travel to Lebanon, where I underwent three costly procedures, with very limited insurance coverage.

Due to all of this, I’ve been unable to pay my loan since September 2024. This has resulted in a civil case in the UAE, which now prevents me from reuniting with my husband. We’ve applied for a one-time settlement with the bank. The total amount—covering the debt, court fees, and collection agency charges—is $30,000.

I’m appealing to your generosity and kindness to help me raise this amount. I’m currently in poor health and unable to live alone. The emotional and physical burden is overwhelming, and reuniting with my husband would bring much-needed stability and care at this critical time.
