I’m an anesthesiologist from Gaza. From the first day of the war, I’ve been in the hospital, working long hours without a break, helping the wounded, living among blood and cries, never thinking of leaving my post. I’ve witnessed scenes that will never leave my mind, carrying injured children, torn young men, and mothers screaming in pain.

Today, after all the exhaustion and resilience, life outside the hospital has become harder than inside. My home has been destroyed, and my situation has become extremely difficult. I’m not asking for much, just the ability to live with dignity, continue my mission, and stand strong again.
