Today I watched livestream with reve & mira, I am Lebanese American living in the US and my parents are from Beirut, it was very heartwarming to hear mental health advice being given in the language I was raised in, simplest things of this nature really brought a lot of peace to my heart. I wish there was more that the diaspora could do, with everything happening in Lebanon and Afghanistan it has been very difficult to focus on anything, all of you overseas are extremely strong and you deserve all the best, inshallah brighter days ahead ุฅูููู ุงููููู ู ูุนู ุงูุตููุงุจูุฑูููู thank you for all you do at your center, you are challenging mental health stigma in our culture while simultaneously fighting your own battles, you are heroes on this earth and the world has a lot to learn from you
